The door keys dont qork well...its very inconvenient to have to stand outside your room trying to get the door to open....had to go to the front desk 2 times to have my key reset

Beds were disgustingly dirty and then the person that took me to the room told me I was not allowed to check if the bed was clean or not, to “just make a decision and take it.” I would never recommend this place.

This hotel is on a great location, have access to many of stores and restaurant. This is not a luxurious hotel but a place to sleep. Nice to spend your money on adventures.

Pros: Super close to subway line & Centro historic zone. Great for budget conscious traveller. If you pay this price for this location including free breakfast & pool, you need to accept the problems with the details. Decent pool. Great breakfast including fresh fruit. Clean (less the small stains). 1L water bottle in room. Shower water pressure & heat a/c worked well, not 'noisy'. Cons: Low quality internet, cuts in & out. Sheets have a few small stains. No chairs in room. No pool towels. Room safe didn't work. Desk staff not great with English, nor try hard to help you. The details of the establishment aren't taken care of, and there's many. Super slow to check in. Inefficient system for giving you your breakfast tickets.

Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep, the AC didn’t work and it felt really hot inside the room. We adjusted the temperature to 23 degrees but the thermostat didn’t function at all. I reported it to the front office around 10:00 pm; they sent someone but and he set it up to 34. We notified him it was not right but he told us to give it time and it should work properly. Of course, it never did. Around midnight, I came downstairs and we were offered to move to another room. At this time it was way too late and we just ended up staying. It truly was upsetting.

The facilities are adequate but dated. Free breakfast is nice. Beds take some getting used to. Staff friendly and helpful.

The employees really do work hard to get you comfortable

This hotel give us a clean smoker free.room and also provide us with a great breakfast variety. The service was excellent and we are planning to return soon. The room view was incredible, thanks again.

Cleaning staff and bell boy very unfriendly if not being tipped. Front desk very nice and professional. Beds super hard unable to sleep was sore the whole week!!!!!
