Great place, good location along with great staff

Check-in was fast and courteous. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Drinks in the hotel bar were reasonably priced and the service was good. I chose this hotel for its loction close to Atlético de Madrid's Metropolitano Stadium, which was a very easy walk to the game, taking about 20 minutes. Suanzes metro station was around a 10 minute walk away and had me in Gran Via in around 20-25 minutes.

Everything was accommodating to our needs. Although it’s a bit far from the main attractions, the hotel was very clean and the room was perfect.

The location is good and quite. But the bed made me feel itchy.

Not a bad hotel in general, I think I was one of the unfortunate ones where I got bit my a bed bug in the hotel. Apparently I was going to get a refund but they denied the refund request. So I would just give out a general warning since it can happen to anybody and it’s not a good feeling to get bit by one.

The staff was very professional. The breakfast was nice and good options.

Best value for money in Madrid

Lots of noise, music playing loud in the other rooms until 3am, asked reception over 7 times to sort and didn’t just go asked to move rooms to get some sleep. Which I was forced to at 3am! No apology

Very helpful staff

Housekeeping front end was great. There’s only a few issues with the dining area with strong personalities and at the bar they can be extremely rude, but other than that, I had a great time and was satisfied with the rest of their service services.

The location is perfect — the metro is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the center of Madrid in minutes. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended! Tuve una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. El edificio está en excelentes condiciones, todo se ve bien cuidado y limpio. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están impecables. La ubicación es perfecta: el metro está a pocos minutos caminando, lo que facilita llegar al centro de Madrid. La zona es tranquila y segura, con tiendas y restaurantes cerca. En general, un lugar ideal para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y buena ubicación. ¡Muy recomendable!
