Such a lovely place, the staff were so helpful especially the gentleman who checked me in, The breakfast was a great bonus for the price, I was not expecting such a great selection including cooked food.

Beautiful place, lovely grounds and lovely staff, especially in the restaurant. Really good food too. Rooms are massive and very comfortabke, but the rooms look tiered and need modernising or redecorating.

Very nice and well maintained hotel and complex

This property was very dirty and old - I don’t understand how it’s a 4 star hotel. We got there late and when we got to the room, the walls were paper thin so you could hear a lot of conversation from other room, everything was dated or rusted, the bed was uncomfortable and there were multiple huge bugs in the room. The next morning, we noticed several ants in the bathroom. This should be a 2 or 3 star hotel at best

Property is lovely and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. However hotel is immediately off a major busy highway. I had a group of approximately 6 young men who were “vacationing” til all hours which made for an unpleasant 2 night stay. I did notify management they were still ”vacationing” when I checked out at 5:30am.

Good base for the area. Rooms adequate, good size but smell damp and need updating. Limited dining/bar, breakfast included with good selection. The pool areas are closed off by 7pm and pool bar doesn’t offer hot snacks in afternoon. Overall a good location for our trip

Very relaxing and close to many attractions and beaches.

We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the grounds were very pretty. My only two criticisms are that the bathroom needs updating, it is very tired looking and the other is that at breakfast they only make fresh fried eggs and not omelettes, but there is plenty of choice.

Really I do not know how this hotel is able to offer parking if in reality they have few capacity. I paid more than 600 dollar for two nights and room was miserable, I ask for a beach towel and they ask me for 10 dollars as deposit. So I do not recommend to any body this hotel.

The hotel needs major renovations… everything is so old and broken…. Location is nice but if you have large suitcases make sure you ask them for a room on ground level since there are no elevators and you have to carry your bags 3 floor up

Dinner was expensive for a buffet of limited choice and breakfast was less good than other similar hotels. The food was the 'letdown' for what is otherwise a quite good hotel. Access difficult and not near bars or restaurants unless you drive.
