Excellent. Staff was extremely accommodating and room was great.

The property seems tired. The lobby was without air conditioning and very uncomfortable. While I recognize that checkin is at 4, it sure seemed like the policy doesn't really accommodate early arrivals as we didn't get our room until after 3. As rooms are cleaned, is it not possible to assign a room to waiting guests?? Our bathroom also was not clean with residue on the toilet, The hotel is beautifully situated on the ocean and we had a corner room, but we were underwhelmed. The biggest problem was the very loud music playing in the park next door which seemed an attraction to the hotel's restaurant and bar at ground level. It was loud rock music that really disrupted our desire for an early night. The front desk indicated when we called that city ordinance allows such music until 11 which didn't feel very insightful about finding a way to maximize profit and enjoyment of its restaurant/bar with its hotel guests. Nice location but we won't stay at this Hilton again.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly

The property was perfect for us. Comfy beds. Balcony to watch live music. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Ocean view room was worth it, staff is professional and helpful. Catch 31 bar/restaurant is a great.

I was expecting more from a Hilton. Although we did get a room with a balcony as promised, the balcony looked over the largest AC fans I’ve ever seen. It was so loud there was no way we’d go out on the balcony. The safe was broken, the light next to the bed didn’t work, And the light on the desk was also broken. The only good thing I could say it’s a very comfortable bed and I like their other comments about our room well, not the first. We also arrived early and were told we would get a text when the room is ready. We waited and waited. They never text, so we went back to the front desk in the room had been ready. They were just too busy to let us know. Cutting some of our vacation time down.

The stay was great. Josh and Alrica (front desk) were so helpful and friendly. Our ocean front room had the best view and the rooftop pool & bar was unique and so fun.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean I really enjoyed my stay

Left a dress in the room and someone stole it. No one helped us when called about. We got shuffled around. Problem never solved.

Great hotel centrally located…don’t need a vehicle to get around!

The hot tub clearly says 6 people max. The staff allowed at one time I counted 16 people in the hot tub. Half of those people were children under 14 which is also clearly against policy. The children were discussing their ages and pictures were taken to prove the overloaded capacity. The staff was more concerned with taking to other staff and telling people they couldn’t have outside food and drink. Meanwhile children jump off the hot tub walls into the pool. Point is adults couldn’t use the hot tub due to the staff using it as a baby sitter

Wonderful property.

Service was good. We had to wait 30 minutes for a room inspection. We weren’t offered any compensation. Rooms need some repairs. Starting to show their age, at this price point it should be a little better.
