The hotel is okay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and not spend much time there. However, the staff lacks attention and customer service could definitely be improved. It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect a very welcoming or attentive experience.

This was the first all inclusive that didn’t provide any beverages in our refrigerator . We also asked for a certain cocktail during dinners and they said it would be an additional charge . Super disappointed . Also , they never cleaned our room until we called the lobby to request it . The jacuzzi was not even close to hot . It was kind of the same temperature as the pool. And so many more things to complain it . Overall bad experience and would never go back .

Is good all the persons

This is a really nice hotel that provides you with everything you need to make your stay super comfortable. Staff is great and is always ready to help you. One minor inconvenience was the check in process as it took us quite some time; but aside from that, everything was nice. The pools are very clean. I did not get an opportunity to try their restaurants, but they looked very nice and offered plenty of variety of foods. I did have the breakfast and it was simply delicious. Buffett-style with lots of options. Parking and check-out process was amazing. I really recommend this hotel if you want a budget friendly option and high quality service.

We had a good Time

There is an option for all inclusive, we accidentally booked it without. It's a bit more difficult to order food/drinks and snacks outside of the restaurant menu without it. There's snack bars that simply weren't allowed to serve you anything unless you're all inclusive. Once we upgraded to all-inclusive, it was smooth sail. The food and drinks were good. The service was good. Minor issue with the fridge in room that was quickly resolved. There was some construction going on in the resort that was a big eye sore, but not interfering in any way. We went during Easter, lots of activities for the kids. They have small gym, with everything you need. Antonio served us on the beach for a few days, loved him! Always helped with a smile. The room was oceanfront, comfortable, had everything we needed. Lots of stairs, elevators worked at times. Found that the males were more helpful than females. The females were short to help us with questions we had about the resort, amenities and kept referring to a QVC for further information. The males were patient and answered all our questions and then gave us suggestions. There was an error with our room number. No one could find us when we tried to order at restaurants. We were never found in the system, we were frequently singled out as if we didn't belong. They would let us dine but only after announcing we didn't exist. Brought it up with reception, they said it was a system error. Never was fixed.

The food and drinks are good i went there with my family we enjoy the pool and food. Our room is clean but the only thing I notice the washroom smells like urine even though we didn’t use it yet. Overall the resort is good family friendly. Staff are nice always willing to help.

We had a really nice stay overall, especially considering the price and what you get with the all-inclusive package. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered a great value for the experience. One thing I do want to note (because it caught me by surprise) is that while room service is technically included, there is a $15 delivery fee, per order. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of so you can plan accordingly. What truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Sheydi at the front desk, she was absolutely amazing!! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly personable. Her smile and positive energy made us feel instantly at ease, and she truly elevated our experience with her outstanding customer service. Thank you beautiful Sheydi. I’d also like to recognize Oswaldo at the beach bar. Even though it was one of the quieter spots, his service was impeccable. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to accommodate my “special request”. That level of care did not go unnoticed, and I won’t forget it. Definitely take the time to visit his little beach bar, you’ll be glad you did! Overall, a great stay with standout service that made all the difference.

La comida fatal, el servicio no era friendly y los jacuzzi no tenian agua caliente.

I booked a room opening up to swim up adults only pool. There were kids there daily. Security would rarely chase them out. My other issue was the sliding glass door to patios was terribly difficult to open and shut, even after maintenance sprayed some lubricant on the track.

Es buen hotel pero los que preparan las bebidas tenían una mala actitud. Igualmente un mesero del restaurante italiano, contándonos los platillos, solo porque ya estaba en nuestro All inclusive, en la comida les pedí paletas de hielo y el tipo como si me hiciera el gran favor. Hacen falta sombrillas y camastros en la playa. De ahí en fuera buen sabor en general de los alimentos y hermoso paisaje.

Staff is extremely rude and condescending. Consistently took very long to receive towels and waters States that it’s “all inclusive” but it’s genuinely not - charge for chairs at the pool and beach, room service fee, also open bar closed at 11pm, Couldn’t book a reservation for the restaurants throughout my stay. Had to go to concierge and speak with them for 2 days to finally get a reservation for the steakhouse, coming to find out it was literally the buffet food. Air conditioning didn’t work as well as Bluetooth system for music. Overall wouldn’t recommend, only pros were the location and view of the ocean.

Did not had hair conditioner and when taking a shower the water was al over the bathroom floor. One of the days there there was no towels available to get wet on the beach. My reservation said sea view and reality was half view to the sea since my room was facing to the side not the front
