We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel located away from the crowds. It quiet and staff are wonderful.

We liked the hotel. Staff was great, friendly & helpful. Room was clean, quiet. Pool was closed for an event. Next day it closed for weather. Elevators had some issues, but not a big deal. We would stay there again.

Pros: Great location: next to a big Westfield so easy to locate. Near a metro line and tram line. Safe area, quiet. Clean, room and main areas kept clean, great decor. Bathroom had a damp smell and needed a vent which was odd that it didn’t have one. Had a Biggie room as three of us were staying so a queen and sofa bed - both relatively comfortable. Cons Check in / front desk service was always so poor, huge queues, room wasn’t ready way past check in time. No regulation and lifts were always a delay or issue using -honestly this put a downer on the whole stay. As mentioned booked for 3 but room wasn’t set up, had to call twice for the sofa bed to bed up properly, 2 cups /glasses / towels provided only - these little details should be taken in consideration for such a high end hotel where you’ve paid a lot of money.

The room itself is fairly basic but the bed was super comfy. The room was really warm and you couldn’t lower the temperature on the air conditioning. You couldn’t use the pool in the hotel unless you paid €30-70 for a few hours slot. And even when we were going to pay there was no availability which is just a joke. There was no discount offered or free spaces for hotel guests. The service on the rooftop bar was really slow and took ages to get served yet there seemed to be about 8/9 of the staff just standing chatting. Not what we expected for a 4* hotel. The bathrooms downstairs may aswell have no lighting at all they’re so dark! I couldn’t see when I went to the loo. The decor was beautiful and the staff at reception were very helpful. Shame they wherent as helpful on the rooftop bar and that let them down. Overall the only reason I’d stay here again is the comfy bed.

Nice decor and friendly staff. Clean and modern. Unable to use the pool without booking and paying very steep prices as they make you buy a package. Quite noisy.

The property was great. Everything was clean, the beds comfy, great shower. The staff was super super friendly. The rooftop was 10/10.
