Bathroom fan does not work. To noise.

I stayed for a graduation that was walking distance to the Toyota Center. Thecstaff was nice andxalways met our needs.

Full bar and dinner is a perk

Very clean and very friendly staff

For the price of over $300 a night and being next to the Convention Center, it was a little disappointing. The bathroom fan did not work, the electric blinds in the room did not work, and the room was not updated at all. Old tv, microwaves, etc. the lobby was beautiful, the bar, and dining were spectacular, but once you get on that second floor it is a major let down. Very similar to budget motel rooms but a little bigger in size.

The staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

Power curtains were broken Microwave is a fire hazard Contacted desk... did not do anything over 2 night stay.

What i did not like was having to ask for towels when there was only 2 in the room ... The room had elecric window coverings that did not work so i could not let in natural light.

Enjoyed the stay.

The front desk staff was exceptional and our room was very clean😄

The staff were amazing. Food and drinks delicious 💕

The pet fee was a little excessive, but I get that you take risks when you allow pets. I think my only feedback is that the toilet seat and lid needed to be replaced in our room. otherwise it was very quiet and the bed was nice and access to the pet area was super easy.

Love the location beside the Toyota center. Stay here at least once a year. On site restaurant and bar. Rooms are clean and comfortable and big

The desk clerks and the bartender were amazing! They were welcoming, funny, and very attentive. They made our stay so pleasant!
