The location is very close to times square right in the city center. Only the deposit money was deducted without any clear explanation.

I am very satisfied with my stay at The Westin Hotel New York at Times Square. The location is fantastic, it is close to everything. The room is great, clean and spacious, the bed is super, the bathroom is perfect. The hotel standard is really up to a five-star hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I come back visiting NYC.

Located very strategically bear the times square. If you are here for times square this is the hotel for you.

Took 30minutes to check in because they were having trouble finding my booking information. Location is great within walking distance of Times Square and Midtown Manhattan. Room quality, however, is so so. No amenities provided (e.g. toothbrush, sandals) unlike Westin properties in Asia.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly I have paid for the hotel including taxis and services but are still being asked to pay 30 USD I don't want to stay in Westin the location is also near Timen Timen Timen Timen Timen Timen Timen Timen Timen.

The room is very small and they do not provide water bottle and slippers. The bathroom also small. Wallpaper looks outdated.

This hotel has good service, check in and check out process is fast. I and my family happy stay in this hotel caused location. The location of this hotel in premium area, very close to time square, hard rock cafe, broadway, etc. all we need to visit in manhattan area is walking distance. For transport, this hotel is close to bus station and subaway. Also easy to get taxi from this hotel.
