Property is great. We were booked in the incorrect room. This was not easily remediated and we did not get the correct room until late (the first room given, not the booking that w as correct, did not have enough b eds for our party)..

Though the stay is good, for a visitor to Seattle this is far off. Breakfast option provided in the site was confusing and they charged 28$ for the breakfast with less option for vegetarian. Pay for the parking is extra which made this trip costlier. There are more better options avialable to stay with free breakfast.

Great stay. The shower curtain smelled a bit strong.

Great hotel, service is awesome. Schedule transportations of all our travels in Seattle.

Was very please woth this spot. A tiny bit more of a walk to the main area of food a d shops than I wanted but not far enough that complaining even seems appropriate. Also, staff was SO kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend and will consider for conferences in the area in the future!

Great property, clean, quiet, spacious rooms, huge lobby

The parking is somewhat inconvenient. If your key doesn’t work on the doors that allow you access to the elevator, you have to walk with all your stuff to another level to open another door that will let you through.

I hate the fact that parking isn’t provided for customers, I know city has it’s problems but it bugs me

The lobby was open, clean and inviting. The staff was friendly.
