Room clean, food very good, quiet at night, staff quite helpful.

We arrived late at night and were upgraded to a lovely room. All staff were helpful and friendly. There was plenty of food choices and activities to do.

The hotel housekeeping and cleaning is not well.

Really nice place, friendly staff and high quality food. A bit loud at times, some things like paying for hammam aren’t worth bothering with. Beach huts are real fun though.

It was a paradise for our kid. She has enjoyed all the amenities at the kids club from early morning until late night. Although it was only a 2 night stay, if we had the time we would have stayed for much longer. We highly recommend for any families with kids to stay here to enjoy a relaxing and fun holiday.

The facilities seemed older/worn but generally clean; however the eating area in the Sante restaurant was dirty and crowded. Not an enjoyable meal experience. Also there were birds inside.

Die Unterkunft war eigentlich ganz okay, bis auf einige Russen, die sich wie Bauern benommen haben. Das Reinigungsperonal hat sein bestes gegeben,obwohl es nicht mit dem Reinigen hinterher kam, da einfach von den Gästen alles liegenblieb. 98 % Russen . Wem es nicht stört ist hier eigentlich gut aufgehoben.

From the moment we entered the hotel, perfect communication was established with us. Ayhan Bey constantly asked if there was a problem. Also, a consultant constantly took care of us. The hotel is right next to the sea and very clean. You can have fun with children. The pools are sufficient. It is also a very clean hotel. The food is very delicious. You should especially try the pavilion service. The hotel offers a perfect experience in nature.

Resepsiyonda biraz bilgi verme yetersizdi ,temizlik iyidi,personel iyidi, yemekler vasattı.daha iyi olabilirdi lezzeti yoktu denebilir,programlar oldukça vasattı böyle büyük,yeşili bol bir tesis daha iyi sunulabilirdi iyi çalışmalar

Otel de 1500 1600 kişi vardı kalabalık herşeyde sıra var havuzlarda ısıtma yok kapalı havuz bile soğuktu çocuğumuz havuzlara girmedi

Otel konfor bakımından iyi ama yemekler içecekler konusunda pek iyi değildi.
