The staff was awesome but for the price which was doubled at this time. I can not recommend it. Very shady characters hanging around.

We couldn’t sleep at night, many noises and people smoking outside that you can still smelling the smoke inside the room

The staff was friendly and kind, but the room was old. Stains on the carpet. The bedding looked old. The bathroom was gross. The carpet was also frayed at the edges. I felt dirty the whole time I was there. The carpet stains really just set the tone for the place. I didn't even let my feet touch the carpet.

When I accidentally drove by the motel, I said to myself, I hope this is not my motel. The property is extremely run down. Rooms were dirty; damaged; and smelled. The toilet barely flushed. The mattress was absolutely filthy and stained. No other hotel rooms were available in the area due to the Quechee Balloon Festival. No choice to stay; ask for additional sheets to sleep on and suck it up. Do not recommend. Stay was pleasant enough but never really made eye contact with their guests.

We ended up not staying here. The outside appearance is run down, as soon as we walked into the room and looked around, we walked out. Room smelt old and musty, carpet was old, dirty and stained. Bedding looked old. The entire room was a disgrace. At $196.00 for one night, shame on you. We would not have stayed there even if the room was given to us. Always good to check a room before signing on. Found another hotel in Randolph, clean, comfortable, felt good being there, for $215. We are done with "super 8 and super 6". motels. Declining in quality and cleanliness.

Overpriced - spiders, toilet malfunctioned

Place was clean and organized, staff were nice and they offer breakfast and coffee...overall very good

The room was dirty and beat up. Very sketchy clientele loitering around stairs, hallways etc. we’re very unsettling. Everyone was hanging out in doorways smoking.

The door did not work and the deadbolt did not work. Very unsafe picture to follow.

Adequate room, poor Wi-Fi, satellite TV doesn’t work, and tub drains slow.

The location is very easy to access close enough to restaurants and other necessities nearby in White River junction. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The building itself needs some maintenance in terms of structural and cosmetic attention. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the other guests were respectful. I enjoyed meeting a resident and his service animal and I am returning to spend time with them again.
