Owner decided to save money by using the cheapest, most low pressure showerheadknown to man. Water was hot but the shower was freezing due to the low pressure.

Great stay like always! Very clean wish there were more breakfast options but all in all a very nice hotel

Nice downtown location. Large rooms

We could not turn off the fan system in our room. It ran loudly all night and made for terribly disruptive rest. Would not stay again as a result.

It was a terrific experience. There was some street construction going on so the parking was a bit of a walk but that was not the hotel's fault. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. The bar and restaurant is absolutely one of the best perks. The bartender, waitresses and costumes were friendly and personable. The food and drinks were to die for. The breakfast was devine and the overall cleanliness was outstanding!

This place was amazing! The front desk staff was so accommodating. Our flight was canceled, I called the hotel, and they let us check in early. That was a stress relief on its own. I would highly recommend!

I don’t ever leave reviews but I’m going to because I was pretty impressed with the whole experience and cleanliness. Reasonably priced as well. I have worked at a very nice hotel for years so it takes quite a bit and usually a lot more money to impress me but i was extremely happy staying here and would stay again. My room smelled great and for the most part extremely clean, the only thing that could’ve used a little better attention was the bathroom. Don’t get me wrong, it was cleaner than a lot of other hotels but i found a couple hairs on or in the tub and looked as though around the legs and under the bathroom vanity was possibly missed during cleaning. I was also quite surprised to be able to here the guests above me talking clearly, I was woke up a few times throughout the night from them moving around and/or dropping something that startled me awake because it was loud (not blaming the hotel) Breakfast was a usual full hotel breakfast but was clean and laid out nice with everything well stocked. I really liked their coffee machine. I was able to get a café latte with a double shot of espresso. Yum! Keep up the good work!!!!

Worth the stay

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The room was spacious and nice furnishings. It was convenient to the Arts Center. It would have been excellent if the room had not been cleaned with a very strong cleaner that left a strong residual smell. Since windows did not open, could not clear out order. Ran fan and bathroom vent to remove some of scent.

There is NO IN ROOM SERVICE UNLESS YOU STAY 5 or more days. For $140.00 dollars a night I at least expected in room service. If you need fresh towels you have to go to the front desk. We will not stay there again. The workers at the front desk were very nice and did a good job.

The located and room amenties were great! Staff was frie dly and helpful.

Good location for our stay. Fairly clean with some blood spots in the bathroom on the cabinets and walls, very small but noted. Otherwise clean enough, I'd stay again
