Our stay at the Belroy Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made us feel well looked after. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of hot food that was always fresh and served at the right temperature. The bread and pastries were delicious, and it was a nice touch that staff allowed us to take a pastry away when we were too full to eat it at breakfast. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring Benidorm. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend the Belroy Hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Helpful happy staff great location for everything

The hotel was very clean, and staff were very friendly. Great location, nice cafe outside. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Only things I didn’t like was the location of the bar where the entertainer was, was very small, back of the hotel and not very inviting. Our room was spotless but one issue is we didn’t have a balcony but was a big miss. Would have been disappointed if we were staying longer

Reception were excellent at booking in and out. Clean room with excellent bed and bathroom Coffee machine was difficult to operate Breakfast although varied was not of a very good quality Bar area not inviting so not utilised. Swimming pool looked inviting with many loungers and chairs .

Nice hotel in a good location

Chose the Delux room. Lovely and spacious, comfortable bed. Large sized balcony overlooking Mediterranean avenue. Food ok, never used pool/gym etc. Loved the location, halfway between old/new town.. Only issue is POOR SLEEP QUALITY...Aircon was set min 24'...so couldn't use..It was REALLY HOT, couldnt open doors as it was too noisy with traffic from the road outside. Didnt get much sleep at all.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Weather was a little iffy so never tried the pool but the facilities looked great. Good location too
