Comfort, clean, staff helpful

Breakfast was good, many choices between japanese and western Food. Free AirPort transfer was a super plus. But free public transport to aeon mall and JR narita was a pack bus. Hotel should provide their Own shuttle to Aeon mall

I am glad I chose to stay here. 1. The free shuttle bus is enough to get around the prominent places in Narita. Platform 26 if you arrive at T-2.2. The room although a bit outdated, it was spotless! 3. The breakfast buffet was very well-organized, lots of variety, delicious, with quality food in mind. 4. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. 5. There is a seven11 on the 1st floor. Overall very pleasant.

Everything is good, the room is big & clean. The staff are friendly and efficient, most of them are from Nepal. There is a 711 convenience store inside. The breakfast is quite varied, but for Muslims, be careful not to just grab anything because sometimes there is no sign. There is a free shuttle to the airport & Narita station. Overall, it's really good value for money. It's quite cheap compared to Tokyo city.

Great hotel, value for money. Just 10-15 min shuttles bus ride to T2 & T1 of Narita Airport. There is a 7 eleven connivence store at the lobby and the hotel serves a very verity foods for breakfast.

Suitable for a transit hotel if you arrive too late or want an early flight. The rooms are spacious and there is a free shuttle bus from Narita, at number 26. Ask again in the information section to be sure. There is a 7eleven inside the hotel. Everything is okay, the hotel staff is also friendly.
