View from room was terrible (overlooking a roof in front of hotel). The pool was very busy & teenage kids jumping in. Not able to get a reservation at Italian restaurant. Margarita drinks were too sweet. Beer was good.

Staff were wonderful, for Mexico I considered the rooms were clean. Pool area was cleaned up throughout the day.

Room has full of molds, everywhere from living area, bathroom and bedroom. Pillow, blanket and towels need to retire.

Room was kept very clean. Shout out to Anabel for job well done. Her patience in returning whenever we weren't ready to vacate was much appreciated. Staff were all very helpful. Pool was maintained daily. Most appreciated was any concerns were addressed quickly. Would highly recommend and be happy to stay again

Staff was friendly helpful and polite. The property itself was horrible. The pool smelled so bad I couldn’t even swim in there. The chairs were very used. The food was always cold. I would never go back to this place.

Everything was nice,,workers are very friendly. But I would say they could improve their food options. And snack bar should be open all the time & bar should be open later than 12.

Todo el personal fue grosero muy sucio, todo no le ayudan a uno en nada ni a cargar maletas el baño no flechaba, no había agua caliente las sábanas de la cama sucias, nunca nos atendieron en el restaurant ni ofrecernos café, ni jugo, los de la barra también me trataron muy mal groseros, tuve una mala experiencia en ese Hotel no me gustó

Out room was clean but the dresser drawers were filthy. We had no towels in our room and called the front desk three times, in our first day. On the second day we called another two times for towels. Other then that, staff was nice and friendly.

The worst room service. room Smells awful. All inclusive but is open 7 to 11am and 1 to 5 pm and 7 to 10 pm the reception sucks bad customer service. I will never go back to that place

Day manager was very helpful in moving us to a different 2 bedroom unit

Needs more parking space

Stayed twice now I would stay again
