Breakfast was ok, dinner was not good. Felt a few days old. Staff was polite but bar tender had an attitude. Pool was amazing and they have warm water cycling out. Rooms were average but clean. The shower heads are ok, poor water pressure. And the shower doesn’t have a curtain so it sprays out to the bathroom floor. The tvs are difficult to use, I had to ask someone to come help me. However they did come fast and he was nice. They requiere you to leave your ID for a pool towel which is ridiculous if I am staying there. They made me walk to the other side of the property to get it from my room.

Clean establishment, the pool was big and clean.

Attention To Detail Needs To Be A Priority. The Following Happened In Our Room. -Broken Remote Control -Broken Toilet Handle -Broken Shower Handle And No Cold Water. The Water Was Extremely Hot And No Way To Control It. We Did Reported Two Days In A Row.

Good hotel. Excellent staff. Found several cockroaches. Fortunately dead cockroaches. Excellent location. Excellent value for the cost.

This was such a great location for the Feria de Leon. And the big plus - while inside you had no idea of chaos outside. You really do feel like you are OUT of the city madness. Best of both worlds. Now I’ll look forward to each year that I attend the Palenque or the Feria.

Lindas instalaciones, excelente servicio de personal, bar, restaurante, lobby y limpieza PERO demasiado ruido día y noche no hay silencio para descansar sin importar la hora

El cuarto bien. Solo que las camas queen en realidad son full. Lo único malo del cuarto es que el área de bañar no tiene puerta o cortina lo que ocasiona que se moje el piso del baño. No hay elevador. El personal excelente. Un 100/10 para todo el personal del hotel. La comida del buffet no es la mejor tampoco. La ubicación es buenísima. Los tacos cerca del valet buenísimos también

Clean room, all areas inside and out at the pool were picture perfect, with an unbelievable waterfall in the pool and a lobby set up like a scene from an unforgettable classic movie, a restaurant serving great food with a unique atmosphere and one of a kind serving from staff that make your feel like royalty everything time you say thank you their reply was always “it’s a privilege to serve you sir or madam.” Outstanding!!! Gracias a todos.

Great location. Hotel lobby is beautiful and parking attendants were excellent. We booked a basic 2 double bed room. Not that we watched much TV, but it didnt function. If you like a hard bed then book this room. Very uncomfortable for me. My wife didnt mind. The bathroom facet and shower head sprayed every when turned on. We stayed here previously and the room wasnt like this. Maybe it was a premium room?
