Was welcoming, clean, beautiful property! Rooms are nicely appointed and the purchased breakfast was tasty! Very friendly and reasonably priced

Rooms was excellently renovated; all the comforts of home; great bed & pillows. High water pressure in the shower. Breakfast plentiful & tasty. Steep rocky stairs outside, so a warning those with physical handicaps climbing. Albeit, this is a historic location (including the stairs) and that is also the beauty of it. Huge outside yard to sit, eat, listen to music, watch the fire, etc. I had a challenge managing the heater, a set of instructions would had helped and/or I could had asked. The host was terrific. This was a very enjoyable stay with no complaints from me. We'll be back.

The room was big and well equipped.

Staff was great, but heat was not working correctly and room was very cold. Staff was able to make repairs while we were at dinner. Great place I just wish they would include breakfast with your stay

Overall experience was beyond our expectation. Sometimes outside impressions can be deceiving. Very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Aside. Plastic strip at bottom of shower might need replacing

Room was clean, didn’t know we had to mark add breakfast on Expedia so we had no breakfast for 2 days. The guy who greeted us was not friendly. Just flat as a tack. No wash cloths in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Will not stay here again. Good location in downtown

Clean and friendly

Brant was friendly and easy to communicate with. Rooms were clean and updated and it was right in the middle of town within walking distance to every shop and restaurant. Very nice courtyard to relax in or enjoy music on the stage when available.

I booked it initially because Hotels.com said it was pet-friendly, but I discovered after making the non-refundable reservation that I did not book the type of room that allowed for pets. The owner, Brant, was wonderful. The accommodations were good. The room was clean. Bed was a bit on the firm side. The standard king room is not designed for relaxation. The highlight was the live music on Friday & Saturday night in the courtyard. Make sure you check with the property to see if breakfast is included with your room type. They deliver bottles of water daily with a fresh baked cookie. Overall, I would recommend this property.

I love love love the outdoor area on the property. They have it lit up, decorated, and bunnies everywhere. Smores in the evening. The set up is beautiful! The room's are very nice! Will definitely come back.

Very clean

Such a fun stay overall! If breakfast is included, it’s delivered right to your door. They even drop off little bottles of water while you're out, which is a nice touch. Most things are within easy walking distance, and the trolley is just a 5-minute walk away. It can take you pretty much anywhere. Bonus: live music on weekend nights!

We were met by the owner immediately- even texted us asking about our ETA to be ready for us. Was ver knowledgeable of the area, and put customer comfort first. Really commend this business on everything they are trying to do. This business has topped anything I have seen before in just terms of effort and dedication to improve.

Room was very nice up to date very clean all so, no carpeting when i stay in hotels they Have carpeting always feels dirty . here they have flooring and the bathroom is very nice has everything you need . It really feels like im in my bedroom. 🙂 will come back. Variety of coffee and creamer. Up to date coffee maker 🙂

The property and area is charming. We will certainly come to this location again when we travel to Hermann.

Loved my stay here…Brant was very helpful with information on the area since it was our first visit. Very clean room and comfortable bed and pillows! Close walk to all of downtown shopping and restaurants. Piano bar is right across the street, but loved the live music in the garden area…the rabbit even enjoyed the music…lol…found out he feeds the rabbit graham crackers so they stick around. Beautiful property and town! Will definitely be back
