Great location

The hotel is old and felt not very clean. The bed sheets were not fitted to the mattress and the pillows were not comfortable.

I was never there! Can i have my money back please?

We had a great stay - my only issue was with how gross the ceiling was and the amount of dust piled on the top of my headboard. One night we had to evacuate the hotel for no apparent reason, and there was no microwave. Otherwise we had a great time. Highly recommend the beef wellington at Gordon Ramsey's!

The hotel needs updated, the room was musty, the bed was hard. For the price I expected it to be a little better.

I noticed some recent room remodeling, it was definitely needed, nice to see.

The hotel room was not clean the tv unit was co weed in pink sticky stuff and the carpet had sticky stuff stuck to it so had to keep shoes on , the toilet wasn't clean , and I tripped on the duck tape that was all over the casino carpet A very dated hotel and not clean

The KC tower rooms need updated. Carpet old and very worn, mold around the windows were water had leaked in, wall paper makes you feel like you are in a throwback room from the 1970's.

Room was not worth the money. Very dirty and outdated. Carpets werent vaccumed walls were disgusting.

It charged me for never cleaning my room for 4 days or changing my towels luckily I had my own towels and charged me a amenity fee

My room was clean. The Kansas City tower needs renovation. The carpet was threadbare, the thermostat didn’t work well and the deadbolt on the door didn’t work. I would not stay here again.
