Value for money, comfortable room but establishment is dated. Hotel surroundings not pleasant, need to go couple of miles out to get good food restaurants.

The Assistant Manager Bella Huang was excellent and exceptionally efficient...so professional. Wonderful experience...my guest was extremely impressed.

Service was good but one of the room was flooded and we have to change room. There is no air on in the room but they provide a fan. Quite satisfied overall while the condition can be better.

located bit far away from airport bt nothing inconvenient owing to the vicinity of the city . the receptionists can speak English and Japanese so the tourists who can't understand Chinese language feel relaxed.
