It was good as expected. Friendly staff my shower room was tiny .. pretty tight ..a bigger person would struggle to use it. Why 2 showers : on ceiling and a handle shower in such a small space !!??

Great hotel with impeccable service by the staff. Directly across the Square made it a great location but unfortunately road construction made it a bit of a hassle. Unclear as to whether breakfast was included (told at check in it was) because t at checkout had to pay 20 pounds per meal!

Nice to have extras to make our stay more special and loved the DJ in the lobby for afternoons. Room was a bit tired with a dogdy room lock and in need of a refresh. All staff were lovely and would stay again. Be aware of road works straight outside the hotel as they were very noisy.

We had mice in our room and had to be moved at 1 AM to another room. Not a clean or proper place. Hotel said they would get in touch to review the situation and never got back to us.

Great location in London on the edge of Chelsea and Belgravia. Lots to walk around and see in the area and right across from a Tube station. Our initial room was designed for disability accommodations and had no view and a bathroom with an open shower that flooded the entire room when you showered. We were able to upgrade to a much nice and more acceptable room after the first night.

The location was excellent. The only negative was having to take a cold shower each morning, even after notifying staff the first morning.

Very nice clean modern bust cosy

Room was nice but small. Service was good and the area is great. The decor is weird, some is modern/ contemporary and then there are some old bits like the elevator and a painting in the lobby of an old guy, maybe a former employee??… really could use some updating of interior decoration

Great staff and wonderful location

The location is unbeatable. There's a lot to do within easy walking distance and for activities away from Chelsea the Underground is virtually right outside the front door. The staff - Thanks Joshua! - are talented, polite and go out of their way to make your visit pleasant

Nice hotel in a great location

London trip with a girl friend. Wonderful and safe neighborhood. Easily to get to. Great location. Hotel had an amazing look. Great breakfast and delightful afternoon tea. Attentive staff. Plenty of places to eat and shop.

Assigned a room that had NO electrical outlets for cpap machine - or charging devices - eventually settled for a less favorable room with outlets which took 1 1/2 hours

Staff were very attentive and made sure we had a comfortable and happy stay during our week. They also helped with recommendations.
