We stayed at the annex. It was new & modern. The room was spacious even with a 3rd portable bed.

Perfect location just outside the walled city. The advantages of not being in the walled city rooms are bigger and large patio and fitness room. Rooms were nice - clean and well maintained.

The service was Excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel if you visit Dubrovnik.

Perfect location

Excellent location just outside Pile Gate. My room was in the building just adjacent to the main hotel. Huge very comfortable room with a side sea view. Buffet breakfast with a good selection of options. Very friendly helpful staff. I didn't use the bar/lounge but it looked smart.

The hotel amenities, reception and restaurant were great but the house keeping brought the score down. We had 3 people in a room and we had to ask for fresh cups and coffee everyday. When they changed the towels they didn’t include the floor mat and the beds were not done neatly as expected from a Hilton.

Beautiful hotel located a stone's throw from Dubrovnik Old Town. Excellent location and service.

Very close and convenient to Old Town but outside of the walls. Grocery store next door. Room was spacious and clean.

Best place to stay in Dubrovnik. Travelled with my wife and 12 year old son and you can not beat the proximity to Old Town and comfort. The buffet breakfast is amazing and so is the staff. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely perfect!! The hotel is clean and staff was wonderful! We will stay here again.

This was the nicest Hilton I have stayed in. Spacious clean rooms with added extras (dressing gown, slippers, wonderful toiletries, they even left a birthday cake in my daughter’s room and we hadn’t mentioned it was her birthday). Excellent breakfast with plenty of staff around serving and keeping it clean and tidy. All the staff were very polite and friendly.

Was close to Olde Towne and felt safe. Breakfast was delicious.

Stunning hotel right next to old town. Loved it.

It's a great hotel, beautiful building and excellent location. Breakfast is fantastic with many choices. All food is fresh and tasty. Pity, hot items are just about warm. I prefer them to be hotter. Coffee is just lukewarm, definitely not hot enough. When mix with milk, coffe is just cold. These are just minor things and easy to be adjusted. Staff service is not consistent. Many staff are great, friendly, helpful and caring but porter is very poor. Hotel lift is not in the group floor which is guests have to bringing luggage up 13 steps in two different levels to get to the lift. When I checked in on 9th March in the afternoon, the porter was there but just ignored and watched we dragging our luggages up the steps. Few days later when we walk out of Hilton in the morning, i saw a man dragging two big black suitcases down the step and again the porter was standing there and watch. Hilton hotel is 5 star hotel this kind of service level is appalling and need to be adress straight away.
