This is a very nice hotel. It is near shopping and activities. I would definitely stay again if in the area. Staff was helpful.

Lots of construction on the road around the hotel. A little difficult to navigate if you don’t know the city. Otherwise excellent location and close to lots of restaurants and space is for entertainment.

First off, my bathroom sink drain was slow to drain & just about clogged. Interior hotel was tired feeling and definitely needing sprucing up. Things like hand sanitizer by elevator was empty. Just lack of attention to easy things.

At the time we checked in on June 15, 2025, in the afternoon, The staff ( A tall guy) at the front desk was nice and very helpful, who also went the trouble of his way to help us with the packing machine.

We stay at this location every time when in the area, that’s enough to say it’s more than good enough for us to keep coming back.

The toilet flushes extremely loud! I shouldn't have to be awoken by that sound!

Ants all over the place was gross

Booking process was extremely simple. The location was excellant. Cancellation was quick and easy.

Staff was super helpful & friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to lots of food, transportation, & shopping options. I would definitely stay here again if my travels take me to the DC area.

Location, location, location. If you want to be in the middle of Silver Spring, this is the place. That is about all it has going for it. I have no major complaints about the hotel. It is far too expensive. We had a stellar view of the top of a parking garage. There is no breakfast. In short, it is an OK hotel, in the middle of town, that costs 2-3 times what it should cost.

The property was very clean, staff were all friendly and helpful, the cafe in lobby was handy, and parking was convenient on the 5th floor of garage with a door directly in to the lobby. Great water pressure in the shower too!

Property was great, staff friendly. Went overnight for a concert at The Fillmore. Short walk. Very convenient.

Staff not very helpful. Having their phones available on duty should be banned

I used this 3rd party booking service which I will never do again, I didn't get the room I thought I selected and the price was very different when I got to the hotel to check-in about a $75 difference. Ended up with a handicapped room that had a malfunctioning key pad so I wasn't able to get into the room with key card which ended up having to be master reset with a master key fob. I also didn't like the fact maintenance was sent to the room at 1a.m. after we told the front desk don't worry about the lock were in for the night! They could've wait til we checked out to address their key pad issue since the problem was only getting into the room with the key card.

Close to the Metro Train Station No free breakfast and no pool
