FrontDesk Staff/s are great... its SAFE at night time...we always went back to the hotel late at night. Few minutes walk to the Metro. room/s not that good though...

An Ok hotel for a short trip. Comfy, breakfast was ok, bathroom needs some work.

Walls are too thin you can hear everything that is going on outside the room.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner and baby for 3 nights, we had a double room that I booked, i forgot to add my baby on the room. However at check-in i ask the receptionist if he can provide a travel cot in the room and they done so no problem. The hotel room was small but had what we needed, shower was lovely and bed was comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant/breakfast as we went into the city everyday we was there. Overall its a nice hotel for the cost.

The parking is limited and very difficult to find a free spot. This should be communicated in the hotel's description. Moreover, some of the "smart" guests used traffic cones to "reserve" their spots. Under these circumstances it is inexcusable for the management to allow this, because it just makes an idiot out of the rest. I chose this hotel because it was very close to my customer. Next time i will stay somewhere else and prefer to deal with the traffic.

Hotel should have a 2.5 star but the stuff is very helpful. The neighbourhood is not great but it's very close to the train station.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das einzige Manko war, dass unser Fenster nicht ganz dicht war. Da es zur Straße lag, war der Straßenlärm gut zu hören. Man hat uns angeboten, das Zimmer am Folgetag zu tauschen, da das Hotel am Ankunftstag ausgebucht war. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ging auch auf Sonderwünsche ein, als wir baten, 2 Zimmer nebeneinender zu bekommen. Großer Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen über die Stadtautobahn. Der RER Bahnhof Le Stade ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Von da aus gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof St. Lazare, der an das U-Bahn Netz angebunden ist.

It is a great hotel to stay when visiting Paris. We only stayed here one night and everything was fine. The train station is not far and from here you can reach centre of Paris very easily (slightly confusing train system, but we got there in the end). Staff very helpful and keen to help with all the questions we had.

English speaking low, information about driving in city’s zero, breakfast if you go after 8 hopefully get some cheese and baguette.. I

The bathroom ceiling and bottom of the door was full of mold. ( I have pictures ) . I asked to change the room and they pushed back and they did send anybody to fix the problem either. I stayed for 5 days in these conditions. The small bed is letterly next the bathroom. It was not good at all.

We wanted somewhere quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, it cost 6€ in an Uber to the train station where we were able to get easily around the city. Plenty of parking and free WiFi were a bonus. The staff were friendly and helped us order a pizza the first night we got there and gave us more milk for the room etc, everyone we spoke to tried their best to help us. The only negatives were the pillows, they are so hard I actually slept on the mattress instead without them. And the breakfast wasn’t great, poor selection and we spotted a couple of bugs running around the food surface, not good! But overall it was a lovely stay, great staff and we felt safe.
