The property was nice and staff very helpful. The location is under renovation right now so certain areas are bit out of sorts

There has no door or shower curtain in the shower room. It makes slippery after took shower.

The hotel itself is great, but nothing nearby. They advertise dinner is available, but the evening that I stayed, the restaurant was closed!!!!!!! Staff are very accommodating and when my bus home was cancelled, the staff bent over backwards to make me feel welcome to stay until it was time to leave.

Average hotel, very basic. Paid for twin room but had to ask for towels. Towels were/are so small too! Shower head holder was broken and not replaced - you could see the holes where it once was - so shower head just hanging there (sadly only noticed in the morning! Grrrr!).

Property charges you before you arrive even though the booking states you pay at the property. Staff are rude and have poor customer service.

Simple hotel with recent renovation. Room clean and modern, with very comfortable bed. The only issue was the amount of noise coming from the hallway early in the morning.

Room service was horrible. We stayed 3 nights during wich the towels were never changed and bed poorly done. I don't recommend this hotel, it don't worth the price.

I spent just a very short night at the hotel but was everything acceptable. Clean room, adequate facilities, silent neighbourhood and easy to access from the city.

Rooms were clean and only issue with Up keeping was that sheets had been fitted which had holes/small tears. Although unacceptable the rooms were quite clean. Be warned that the rooms are quite small. Also the "breakfast" is very basic. I had to push to get basic items. Overall clean and acceptable for a nights stay but a few little touches would make above average.

Ok hotel for a quick stay. Refurbished new bathroom with new shower, sink etc...Small room but clean. New flat screen in room. Fee tea, coffee making facility in the room. Free parking and free wi-fi. 10-15 minutes (depending on how you walk!) walk to the nearest station Val d'Argenteuil (which is 10-15 minutes away from Paris st Lazarre).
