I have used this accomodation for my travels since 8 years now and 2 times a year. The service level is wors and wors... yesterday one cleark more ore less told me when i said " i dont speak france" that he told in bad eng " when you are in France, then you also must respect and understand our langue"... I think i dont need to say more about that!! And the place are more and more dirty and worned out. Thank for this years, now new place when i passing by and maybee some cleaner and more friendly hotel.

The stop over was convenient to the motorway for a one night stop over. Staff were attentive and breakfast excellent and very good value.

Hotel needs updating is rather old Stsff very helpful allowing us to get in after late arrival

The beds were the most comfortable that we have slept in during our recent travels. The staff on reception were very helpful.

We found the hotel to be one of the well run and managed hotels, sometimes they can be badly managed but this one was excellent. It was our second stay at this establishment and food was good, service excellent and well recommended

The hôtel was of the usual high quality expected of a French Campagnile hotel. However the customer relations was very poor. I had the impression that the staff didn't like their job. In the morning to check out there was no sign of a receptionist so I rang the reception to get someone to come! I paid and I was dismissed with all the warmth of a robot. I will use the hotel again because of the convenience but will go out in the evening to eat and hopefully find somewhere more welcoming.

I had been told that the Campanile was not so great, but I found it to be just fine. Clean, nice room, comfortable bed, plenty of working area...so I would stay again if the need were to arise. Exactly where I needed to be (near work), but not much else in that particular area....great for work, probably not for touristy stuff (a little under 2 miles to walk into town). Bus service just outside that can get you right into the middle of town.

We arrived late and left early so I don't know about the surrounding areas, but the hotel was perfect for what we needed.

Good comortable hotel with the amenities you would expect. Great for overnight stay. Enjoyed evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant.

Il est impossible de récupérer une carte magnétique de chambre après 22h30, l’accueil étant fermé et personne ne répondant au téléphone. Je me suis retrouvé bloqué à 22h40. Ayant oublié mon badge magnétique dans la chambre, je n’ai pas pu y accéder et j’ai dû réserver une chambre dans un autre hôtel pour passer la nuit. Il n’y a pas de veilleur de nuit. En conséquence, en cas de problème avec votre carte magnétique après 22h30, vous ne pourrez pas regagner votre chambre.

L'hôtel est dans son jus, manque de renovation. Pas de soucis avec le personnel

dommage que l'on puisse pas diner les week-ends dans le restaurant. et pas très calme avec l'autoroute juste à côté. est l'alarme incendie qui se déclenche.

J'ai dû changer de chambre car la 1ere sentait fortement la cigarette. Donc déplacé dans une chambre avec lit simple. Chambres mal isolées. Heureusement que le personnel est super

Chambre correcte. Sans petit déjeuner. Pas cher pour juste une étape. Très bon restaurant pas très loin « Chez Gayané ».
