Lovely hotel and staff.

Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all.

At check in they struggled to find our booking. Not sure if this was hotels.com issue or their issue. No apology was given for the hassle at checkin considering it was already 10:30 pm. The room is quite small for the price. The bed was big enough though and the bathroom was good size. The bed linen was not washed properly with lots of stains on the duvet cover which put us off. The breakfast had very limited choice and no hit food. Although on the third day we did get some scrambled eggs we didn’t have those on the first 2 days. The staff didn’t seem friendly or courteous- may be they are not used to families staying there. Seems to be more of a corporate stay hotel. The hotel is close to the station but seems to be nothing around it much. The appearance of the hotel is also not that good.

Payed €7 on top for taxes again for 2 days and in the evening there is no parking.

Rooms like a hostel, restaurant and bar closed for part of our stay, shutters on windows like a prison cell, reception staff extremely rude, limited breakfast but close to Disney.

Location was ideal for travel to Disneyland and Paris. Close to train line and supermarket. Reception and bar area looks nice. Decoration in room requires modernising.

The property has a new lobby area which is modern. However, the rooms are not modern at all. They are comparable to an old Motel 6. There is a large desk in the lobby that has a USB plug which is handy, although security asked me to go back to my room when I was working at the desk in the evening. They said I couldn't be there for some reason. Very strange.

Staff is very nice, professional. Breakfast is good. The building, room are very old, bad condition, need a very good renovation.

Disappointed with the hotel. Our room was awful. Part of problem was the location of the room. We were on back side of building below ground level near house cleaning and laundry. Was kinda creepy going back there at night time (had to exit back door of hotel to access from near back parking lot). And there was an ashtray station right outside our door for smokers - the last thing in the world we wanted was smokers hanging outside our door talking at night time. The other big issue was the smell in the room. Housecleaning went way overboard with some kind of deodorizer spray - I was hit by the chemical smell when walked into the room and wasn’t able to air it out. Maybe they were trying to cover some other foul smells in the room?? Hard to sleep. Other issue was loud neighbors but I guess that isn’t the hotels fault (other than thin walls). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Maybe we just had a particularly bad room?? I would highly recommend they ease up on the chemicals in the room. It can’t be good for anyone’s health to be breathing that stuff.

Calm atmosphere, phenomenal staffs all the way. Very helpful and friendly. All always smiling. Well trained staffs too. Hotel close to mall and Disneyland Paris. Close to train station that would take to Disneyland or Eiffel Tower. Delicious food all round. Cleaners always around to keep room clean and change towels. None reluctant to do anything yur! I had a wonderful time yur! Would consider going back there by God's grace though! Thumb up yur! Thanks to all the staffs I came in contact with and those I didn't yur! I believe they all got the same spirit as seen in most. Bless up yur!
