Great place!

Employees were amazing! I left a family heirloom was left accidentally in the room, they retrieved it and mailed it to me. Very grateful!

1st night the desk person was terrible . I was out in a filthy filthy filthy room . Carpet was soiled and stained and even the sofa was disgusting. I asked for different room she put me in another disgusting filthy room . She was on a FaceTime call the entire time . The next morning the new desk person got me on the next floor and decent room . The next night someone snuck a dog in and in the middle of the night was going off like a bottle rocket . All kinds of commotion . I’ll never stay there again .

There was a roach in my room and it smelled like mildew in the room. I left and went to a different hotel.

Cockroach carcasses in the closet I was willing to overlook. But come morning and I found a cockroach right on the sink. The lock to the adjacent room was barely working, and the water tastes off.

Good breakfast, nice stay and staff was very helpful.

Our reservation was for 2 nights they changed my partners card for one night. Then, when they realized their mistakes, they charged my card which was on file without my permission. Or without letting me know.

Nice and easy to get to everything.

We were there for two nights, and although the first night was nice and quiet, the second night had two idiots next door with the TV so loud you could hear it six doors down when you exited the elevator. I went to the desk to see if we could move, and they graciously accommodated that request. The first room was a connected room with a locked door between the rooms, which unfortunately allows lots of noise between rooms. When I booked the room through Expedia I always insist on a room that is not adjoining. The hotel is not obligated to do a room change for third-party booking agents, like Expedia, but they still did. Good hotel and very good staff!

Only thing I didn’t like was that the night front desk staff were not very friendly

Not what I expected for the price, but the location is why I chose it. The air in my room did not work properly so I was sweating most of the night and room had an odor:

Expensive for what you get. Bathtub/shower did not drain. Bathroom was dingy. Key cards would take two to four tries to get them to activate. Hairdryer was old/tired and handle cover would get soft after use. on plus side. the bed was comfortable.
