It was good. Expensive even for Iceland. Rooms were pretty basic but clean.

Overall, we liked our stay. Of course, everything in Iceland is overpriced, but we managed. Some staff are great; some are not. We did enjoy our disability-friendly room. I enjoyed the expertise that the downstairs bartenders displayed.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room for three nights, but the pull out bed was so uncomfortable we ended up needing to rent a separate room for the remaining two nights.

My first visit to Iceland. Excellent property and staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Convenient location. I would recommend.

The rooms were not modern and looked very basic. Toiletries have been cut back with no access to housekeeping easily

Spa is amazing. Great gym too. Solid breakfast with lots of fresh food. Dinner was also really good in the restaurant. Lunch options were average but everything else was great

Mountain View gave us a spectacular viewpoint of the nearby mountain range.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton for my husbands 40th birthday trip. Wonderful welcome, service and the hotel is in an easy location to walk into town.

Staff was nice, hotel was clean, close to some good food options. Easy to ask for a taxi at the front desk, and rooms are quiet.

Clean room, helpful staff, free parking, convenient location

I do not recommend booking here over a weekend, it is clear that parking is insufficient. One of the reasons I booked this location was for the peace of mind of free onsite parking. I spent 30min circling the entire block trying to find a parking spot at 8:00 PM this Fri 11/28. When I couldn’t find anything I parked out front (where taxi’s usually wait) to ask the front desk staff for assistance. I was met with barely any apology and told to park out by the grocery stores. These spots were also already full so I ended up parking on the street a block away. This meant having to carry all my hiking gear much further than anticipated. I am checking out tomorrow which means either I stay up later than planned to try to get a parking space in order to avoid having to carry all my luggage to the car parked a block away now or I end up having to carry all my luggage a block away in the morning. I am disappointed with the way staff barely acknowledged this inconvenience. I was planning to pay for the breakfast buffet in the morning but now feel it best to spend my time and money enjoying breakfast elsewhere.
