Just dirty mostly old

The mattress was comfortable for a hotel. It was firm, which I like. Soap, shampoo, container, body wash and lotion all all provided and decent. I will defiantly stay again in the future.

17 minutes to check in with only one person in front of us. Otherwise would have been better than expected overall experience. Good value for the price.

Hotel seemed dated. Showers/tub need attention, beds were hard, tv channels are static-ky. Not worth $250/night, but it was the closest hotel available to our event.

I like how this place is close to where my daughter plays basketball. It is pretty centrally located. There are alot of businesses within 10 min away.

I needed to cancel n had paid the insurance to be able to cancel m they still charged me

The rate was over 200$ plus a 100$ hold for a room that had poor ac, no bathroom vent, extremely small walkway around the beds Pool was dirty no pool towels barely any lounge chairs parking was awful no where to park Elevator was old smell and made loud humming creaking noises when in uses

I like that it is clean, comfortable and has a good free breakfast. The cold lemon water always available is a nice touch. Great bath towels!! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

6/4/25 The mattress was not comfortable as you could feel the springs when lying down.

The breakfast is mediocre, the mattress was bad, it was old and sinking down, IIt hurt my back. The air conditioner running was noisy, some of the staff was hostile and disrespectful to customers, especially the bellman. The front desk customer service was friendly and helpful.

The coffee maker was broken. The refrigerator was also broken. The toilet was often clogged.

Property has no hot water. Moved us to new room with hot water. Next morning there no water- none. No hot, no cold. Staff says this has been going on for more than a couple of weeks. Other guests tried three different room moves unsuccessfully. Knowing this issue existed, they continued to rent rooms without any notice to customers. This place should not be in business. Expedia should drop them immediately.

You can smell the fragrantly freshly clean fragrance as soon as you walk through the double doors and the cleanliness of the floors and the reception area

I usually LOVE staying here. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the employees wonderful. Pets are welcome. The price is right. I'm ok with change but the changes made are not for the better. My husband took a shower before 6am, the water pressure and temperature fluctuated and made showering unpleasant. Then we went to get our favorite breakfast (at any motel) at 6am, only to be told that on Friday-Sunday breakfast starts at 7am. I decided to take my shower before breakfast. I have hair past my waist and love their shampoo and conditioner but discovered that they are no longer supplying the brand they have been using and had switched to a cheaper brand. I brought my own, so not the end of the world but another disappointment. There was no pressure or hot water so no shower for me, anyway. We went to breakfast looking forward to the fluffy scrambled eggs and sausage, maybe some bacon!! No longer are they serving scrambled eggs, now they are flavorless egg patties and no bacon. No more awesome potatoes!!! And what's with serving breakfast to traveler's later!?! We'll have to see if we'll stay there again. Probably, but our expectations have been lowered.
