Pool and slides were great. Hot tubs were lukewarm but clean. With a 4pm check-in, I'm not sure why the pool closes at 8pm, and then opens at 10am which gives you an hour before checkout. Why it's $20 to park, I'm unsure, since no other hotel in the area charges for parking. Buffet was just a step above a continental breakfast. Ran out of coffee, fountain drink machine needed maintenance & ice, and not a ton of kid friendly breakfast items (out of cereal & pancakes) and seemed pretty understaffed. I also waited on an omelette for 45 minutes before I left.

I don’t like that the company charges $20 additional a night for parking that they don’t let you know about until you get there and some of the staff is not friendly the bathrooms are a bit outdated I feel that the welcoming could be better maybe some staff was having a bad day I don’t know

Great time

This was a gift for a mini vacay for a young family I know who needed it! They all bought the “wolf ears” and became a “wolf pack” and said they had THE best time EVER!

The pre check on and check in process was great , but some elements , like where to enter license plate number , was confusing. Also I made the purchase ahead of time of breakfast passes , but checked in on kiosk, so I never received the waivers and was double charged (and refunded) for the breakfast. Breakfast was decent. There was a waitress at dinner that was terrible, but the food was okay. I really like the wristband thing. I wish all the stuff could be on there instead of carrying around necklaces and waivers. The floors were a mess , but I heard them mention they’re getting new floors soon. All the extra stuff that they make look awesome is just okay. The laser tag room is like 5 minutes and it’s just that , a room. The arcades okay but expensive. The magi quest wands hardly work. The little kids just want the stuff to light up. I guess the puzzle thing could be cool for older kids. The staff was pretty good outside of that one waitress. Rooms were clean. Water park was a little smaller than I expected. The outside area was a missed opportunity there isn’t much out there. The life guards were amazing like coast guard military trained all over it.

It was all kind of shopping and food right by the property everything was convenient right out the highway right on the highway will be staying again soon thank you Great Wolf Lodge we had a great time kids loved it!!

the number of activities for children was a top plus. hate, hate, hate, hate having to pay for parking after paying over two thousand dollars for three nights.
