Best customer service…ever. Jacqueline was exceptional.

Good breakfast, but slow service

Spectacular stay, 100% recomended, the staff is amazing and super attentive. I even accidentally dropped my gold ring during breakfast and they saved it for me at the front desk. Very honest and attentive staff… they are the best!

Very nice and central hotel

La réceptionniste a été d’une grande gentillesse. On avait une superbe vue de notre chambre. Nous sommes ravis de l’hôtel Elba.

Very nice hotel, clean room, very good breakfast

Elba Hotel resulted for us an excellent choice. Nice and ample room with all you can need, besides wonderful service and customer attention. Free parking in the same hotel was very valuable too.

Although the hotel claimed to be smoke free, we were greeted when we arrived with smokers outside the main entrance. I guess that is where the smoking area is. In fact they had a cigarette vending machine right inside the front door. Not very inviting for non smokers. The worst part was our room smelled of tobacco smoke and it got worse as the night rent on. So much so that I had to leave the room at 4AM and go for a walk and stayed in the lobby for the rest of the night. I think the smell was coming from their ventilation system as it got worse if so turned the heat or A/C on. If you are going to list your property as smoke free, then make sure it actually is.

Este es un hotel cinco estrellas, la atencion, el servicio, el desayuno, la limpieza, en fin todo!!! Es estupendo. Nos atendio una chica llamada Julia junto con su equipo fueron maravillosos, amables y generosos con la informacion prestada asi como con su atencion. El Chef Ricardo nos dio un desayuno digno de recordar. La persona que nos arreglo el cuarto fue muy cuidadosa y ordenada. En fin una experiencia de 5 estrellas!!!!! Superhipermega recomendadisimo!!!!

Excellent all round accommodation, with clean and spacious rooms and communal areas. Very friendly and obliging staff and very well situated near shops bars and restaurants. I noticed a high level of Covid prevention measures.

Everything was excellent, especially the staff (specifically the attractive girl that works in the restaurant everyday) and the service. Would stay again.

Business hotel just outside the centre of Almeria city. Perfectly situated for local bars and restaurants. Excellent room and friendly efficient staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Amazing hotel close to all amenities

Good hotel, but there are few improvements that should be made in order to fulfil title of "Business & Convention" Hotel: - Breakfast should be starting at 6 (for early departures) or option to have "take away" - Some staff should be trained to speak better english - There should be kettle and coffee choice in the room

This was a lovely hotel, however we had trouble finding it as they don’t have a street number, & our GPS wasn’t accepting the address we put in. In the end we put in an address for a nearby street.

Nice clean hotel good cafes and restaurants nearby

Great place. It is located close to two malls. 7-minute drive from the beach. Bedrooms are large and very clean. The hotel is modern, updated, and clean. Staff is simply the best, particularly the beautiful girls at the reception (Neiva and Cristina). They will do everything for you. The breakfast has different options, great quality. This hotel has been the best among the different hotels in which I have been through my different trips in Spain over several years. Thanks! Hope I can return soon. El hotel es amplio y muy bien equipado. El personal es muy amable y entregado a su labor, en particular las hermosas chicas de la recepción (Neiva y Cristina). El desayuno buffet tiene mucha variedad. Este hotel, sin duda, ha sido el mejor en el que me he quedado en España entre todos mis diferentes viajes a través de los años. Gracias!!! Good location, helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The WiFi was poor but it was available.

Reception staff were efficient and hospitable. There were two of them and both worked quickly to finalise the check in in a short time. The spoke good English.

We liked this spot, we had easy access to shopping across the street and close to some of the nearby attractions
