Breakfast was ok but limited choice, parking was great as underground in hotel and therefore safe!

For a 4 star hotel I would expect a kettle in the room. The bathroom was clearly new but empty (no hangers for shower towels). No bidet either. Very comfortable bed and huge room. The staircase smell of fried oil,not pleasant. The view is magnificent. Parking was good as well.

Food at restaurant was amazing, lots of places to walk for shopping and food.

Nice hotel but a bit of a walk to sights

Large clean room with comfortable beds. Only a block from the bus station and a short walk to the aqueducts.

On arrival the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room however smelled like an open sewer. As it was late and we were very tired after a long drive, we slept with an open window all night rather than going through the hassle of changing rooms. This room should not have been offered to anyone as, although it had been cleaned, the smell was evident immediately on entering and would have been noticed by the cleaners. This made our stay in this hotel unforgettable, for the wrong reasons. I assume the other rooms must have been the same as I find it hard to believe that smells from the sewer pipes came into just one room. If the breakfast and the reception staff hadn't been so nice we would have given a 1 star rating!!

Good hotel with great location, near Segovia's city center. In general, the hotel needs to be updated/remodeled, thus it shouldn't be cataloged as a 4 stars hotel.

We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again.

The front desk personnel were lovely. The restaurant staff was was professional. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Great location, good quality

The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure.

nice hotel, close to all

Very disappointed in the room we received. The first room clearly smelled like smoke, but the receptionist was very disbelieving as if we were scamming her. It wasn't our fault that the previous guest had smoked there. The replacement room had 2 double beds and the receptionists claimed that there were no more rooms even though the hotel wasn't busy. It sucked that my wife & I had to sleep on twin mattresses with a crack between us. Uncomfortable! The service in the breakfast buffet was good; the helpers were very nice. The cleaning lady was very nice when we asked for help.

Great location, excellent service and very professional staff

Room was fine, nice comfortable bed and large bathroom. Quiet in the room, but airco is loud. Nicely situated next to the centre of Segovia. Points of attention: Parking garage has very small roads and is cramped. There is an elevator, but the hotel can only be entered by stairs, not suitable for wheelchairs etc.

The hotel is very well located and the room was very comfortable. There is a good quality buffet breakfast with a good range to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel was probably once very nice but it has lost some of its charm and would benefit from a refresh. On the positive side the bathroom/ shower facilities were very good. The negative items were the very noisy air con, the road noise and the breakfast (the hot food was stone cold)!? In addition if you have a car then I advise not to use the hotel car park as it has very restrictive access!! I didn't even attempt to access it.
