Liked that it was convenient for the area. Didnt like that we couldnt order room service

Would not go there again if it was free!! We arrived at 10 at night and no food or bar open, the gentleman on desk had no personality what so ever and is clearly in the wrong Job. The room had a dirty floor so had not been cleaned properly . The hotel is very average and so is the food and everything else about the hotel. I was in single standard room near lift both rooms next to me were very noisy all night till early morning til about 7am , one of the rooms next to me had 2 17 years lads in it but parents staying in another rooms some 5 rooms away. The reception were informed but did nothing about so had no sleep all nights This hotel needs to do some serious changes to it to make it better but doubt they will!! Don't stay in this 3 star hotel unless you want a bad time!!

Close to restaurants and bars and beaches

Excellent location and nice room with balcony. The breakfast was very good as well

First Expedia says there is free onsite parking. There are 2 onsite parking spaces for the entire hotel. Yes 2. Free on street parking - yes there is - after driving around for 45 mins looking for a place to park. So the next day we asked about the onsite parking. Had to wait until 12 pm for guest to check out only to find it isn't free it cost 20 euros per night. Since we had already brought the car up to the hotel we reluctently paid for the parking for 4 nights. Pool hrs are 10a - 6p View from our room was looking over some roof tops with trash all over them. Rooms are not sound proof AT ALL. Would never recommend this place to anyone over the age of 25. Dinner and breakfast buffets were not horrible.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the stores and restaurants along with a short walk to the beach. Staff were amazing and pool and hotel room were great.

I liked its location within walking distance to everything - beach pubs and so on, I liked the room with balcony and very beautiful view I didn't like the food diversity

Aircondition wasn’t really working and no one looked at it so the room was horribly hot to sleep in. Also found some ants in the room

The property was lovely but I have to say not once does it state that it’s at the top of cardiac hill or that it’s on magaluf strip, this hotel is not in Palma Nova!

Great location clean modern room English channels on tv only negative is no free WiFi in hotel rooms cleaned every day food was lovely got a double room and sea view at no extra cost so well pleased as I traveled alone

Hotel room was cleaned daily, staff very nice and helpful. About 5 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Stay was good the hotel was basic but clean. There was a good choice of food mornings and at dinner. Good location close to the beach.

The worst hotel in my life. Rooe was at basement and just below the restaurant. Room was very small, toilet was overflowing and they had to change agawin basement, very noisy as moving chairsin restaurant above. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.u booked this hotel seeing the balcony view in adds, but see my photo below with a wonderful view from balcony. This is the way they welcome swiss guests :(
