Would never choose this hotel again. Lots of dust in the room. Baseboards haven’t been done in two years probably. The boiled eggs served are bought in pails and warmed up in a rice cooker. I’m a professional Chef/Restaurant Manager so I would recommend not to eat the eggs as they will give you a lot of gas. Plus they are just old and gross when they come from the pails. The only warm breakfast item is the eggs. The hot tub was working when we checked in (big reason we picked the hotel) and was shutdown for the 6 days remaining of our stay for who knows what the reason was. Right beside the hotel is the fire station so on an average you hear about 3 loud sirens nightly. The beds are absolutely terrible and I do not recommend sleeping in them if you’re over 40. Oh yes and can’t forget the homeless problem is right out your door looking in vehicles. I also chose this hotel because of all the great reviews. I’m glad those people did not have the experience I did. This is my first negative review and I chose to write it as I found the management very poor. Do better and use your own discretion on giving a safe and comfortable place for those who need it . You’re allowed to do that ;)

The pool and hot tub were closed and no advanced warning

The hotel provides basic amenities like a small sized hotel. It is comfortable and clean. They can add on complimentary services like essential kit etc.

Very clean room and common areas.

The location and staff are awesome, the room was clean and comfortable. It will be nice when the pool is available again. The staff went out of their way for a very late check in and allowed me hours after check out to occupy the room while I was waiting for a late ride coming from out of town to pick me up. Special thanks to supervisor Prosperity Good Luck for being a great host 😊

We had a long travel and stayed at Dilworth for rest. It was great, all amenities were amazing. Highly recommended:)

I tried for 3 days to get my room cleaned with no success. When i approached a worker in the hallway, he seemed to not understand what i was asking and walked away from me. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs and nothing to go with them. I stay alot here, this visit was very disappointing, most likely will not return.

Honestly this was a great place. The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. I don't have a bad thing to note. The room was clean and comfortable. The exterior does leave one to wonder what they might have gotten into but we were pleasantly surprised. Continental breakfast was a great freebie! 5 stars

Great basic room. Property is older, but staff is friendly and helpful.

Fair price

The room was nice, nothing super fancy, but worked for what I needed. The bathroom could use some upgrading aesthetically speaking, but functioned well. I loved the deck space for reading and sitting in the sun. The staff was wonderful.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

The hotel is dated, washrooms have havest gold toilet, and gold and white tile around the bathtub. Hotel is clean. We had issues with the tv, not working. They moved us to another room. The bed in the second room was sagging in the middle. (Might need a flip)
