Room was not clean as well as has very bad smell

The property wasn't bad but its showing signs of aging bad. Needs a lot more upkeep. Get rid of paid parking. As a guest staying with you i shouldn't hqve to pay tovpark my car in your lot that is ridiculous. I probably wont be back because of that.

Great family vacation spot!

Nice and clean stay despite the fact that we found some dried up gums on the walls around the kids cabin. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water park is clean and fun with no long lines.

Had a good time with friends during our stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. The room was nice and cozy. The indoor water park was on the small side, especially the Lazy River, but was still fun. Food and alcoholic beverages were good but expensive.

Needs some care and attention. Rust.

Excellent place

Our stay was terrible. We booked through an affiliate site and they had no mention of a parking fee and then they text me on top of the parking fee that they already taxed when I first got there when I left an additional $3 everything is extremely overpriced they don't accept cash or anything you have to use a reverse ATM so they charge you for that the cards at the ATM don't work at the arcade half the water park was closed down and the parts that were open had a bunch of broken machines the vending machine on our Hall was broken I asked multiple times for someone to look into it and it's I didn't get any response The Staff was kind of rude and pushy and didn't seem to really understand the way out of their own park or the rules for their own water park got told a lot of contradicting things and several locations including the tornado water slide thing the wallpaper border along the ceiling in our room was coming down and the first night we were there a spider called up out of our whirlpool. If you don't buy an all-inclusive they will drip you dry definitely would not recommend

Rooms were very clean. All staff we came in contact with were beyond friendly. Swim area is awesome. Well maintained property. Our kids had a blast. Close to a variety of dining options.

It was very easy access to the water park and that was great!!!

It's fine to stay for a few days
