Easy parking. Inn was in a great location allowing for a centralized hub for our day trips.

I liked it for the comfort for a one night stay! We celebrating the end of the school year!!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hampton Inn, Bennington.

This was a ski trip and we stayed at the Hampton Inn Bennington. The service was good and the amenities were as described.

All staff were fabulous and very accommodating! Looking forward to seeing the renovations and staying again in the future

We arrived on Thursday and departed on Sunday. Housekeeping never came even once. We were out of towels, bathroom tissue. The garbages were full also

Rooms are adequate and clean. Breakfast good. Staff friendly.

The staff is unfriendly and, frankly, unapproachable. When I asked questions, they made me feel like a burden, and their responses lacked any real value. They didn’t smile and showed no willingness to assist.

Check in people are great. The breakfast buffet is not great if you're health-conscious. The cut up fruit mix has added sugar which is disappointing and the eggs seem to be from a powdered mix. The biggest disappointment is there is no conditioner in the shower! I got in there with my long, tangled hair and had no conditioner! I couldn't believe it. They have good shampoo and shower gel on the walls and body lotion near the sink which smells great. I asked about conditioner the next day at the front desk and they gave me some small bottles of it but they don't put it in the bathrooms. I wish I would've known this BEFORE I got in the shower and washed my hair. I had to spend 40 minutes combing through my hair when I was done.

The staff should be more welcoming and professional. Many of them came across as unfriendly, showing little courtesy or respect—no smiles, no effort to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, their behavior felt distant and, at times, awkward.
