Resort was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Multiple dining options and the Blue Team made the trip enjoyable. Wasn’t enthused about staff member acting like he was our personal tour guide of the resort and he tried to sell us a time share the next day.

Food was really good at all times. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had activities to do everyday. Would definitely come back to this resort.

The staff are extremely helpful and concerned with the quality of your stay at the resort. The resort itself is undergoing maintenance and repairs along with some upgrades. As expected with construction, there are situations where the property will not be up to par, as compared to normal operations. All in all I would recommend this resort to friends and family. Will most likely visit again in 2026

Room clean. Smell humidity. The staff apply a dehumidifier filter and it got a little better. Air conditioner fan too loud on that room. Staff stated that the fan was replaced but it seems that the issue is still there. I did not sleep well. All staff are great. Some restaurants were closed. Not too many options to eat. One pool was closed. Over all the staff was great.

Food was horrible. Only 1 restaurant open per night. Staff was absolutely terrible and not friendly at all. One pool was closed the entire stay along with other areas on the resort. Half the place was under construction. Could not even relax peacefully by the pool with the loud music constantly playing. Would never come back here and would never recommend this place to anyone.

We are coming back for a fifth time! Even though we were not aware of the renovations that are happening in the property, the staff made the whole difference as always. They were kind, attentive and willing to help. Specially Aranza, Antonio, Jonairy and Moreta to name a few provided a Great Service! Thank you all so much! I would recommend to improve the communication with the guests in terms of specialty restaurants availability for this season. Great job to the housekeeping team for keeping our room nice and clean.

Good service! Lucia our server in the lobby at nights is just amazing and beyond.... The attention of the staff was great, everything always clean and the food offer in the buffet was yummy 😋... Will come back soon!!!

I liked the entertainment every night, but did not like the communication about events that were going on around the resort, there was none. Didn't like the lack of restaurants open every night. Only one open at the most. All restaurants were very warm and uncomfortable to eat in. We left the Italian restaurant the first night because it was so warm. When we went the next night we were told they were only serving wine and beer, but then saw many people getting mixed drinks. Waiters seemed confused most of the time of who came in the restaurant first. Really disliked being bombarded and pressed to listen to the timeshare speech, we just wanted to relax and enjoy our time.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the property was clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. The white sand beach is stunning, and one of the highlights was meeting Pinky, the adorable flamingo who made the experience extra special. The entertainment team was excellent—funny, engaging, and kept activities interactive and enjoyable throughout the day. The food was good i would say 6.5 to 7 over 10. The only downside was the sales presentation. On the second day, the sales team insisted on spending close to an hour explaining membership options. What began as “just five minutes” turned into multiple people coming in with more “updates.” While I understand they need to promote their programs, the approach felt pushy and took away valuable time that could have been spent relaxing by the beach or pool. A better approach would be to be clear and transparent from the start—offer guests the choice at check-in, explain how long it will take, and let them decide without pressure. That way, those interested can participate fully informed, while others can focus on enjoying their vacation. Overall, aside from that one issue, my stay was wonderful. The combination of friendly staff, a beautiful beach, safe and clean facilities, great entertainment, and of course Pinky the flamingo, made it a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I was there for 4 nights 5 days. The staff were all very friendly. The food was terrible. Everything was salty and the variety wasn’t enough. I ordered room service a few times and that’s where my issue was. First time i ordered the room service i was in my towel on the balcony catching some air. I guess i didn’t hear the door and the gentlemen proceed to enter my room to give me my food. Didn’t think anything of it gave him a tip and said thank you. The second time i ordered room service i left a note on the door saying please bring the food inside i needed to step out really quick to the reception office. As i get back to the room an hour goes by and i thought about my food. I called to see if it was on its way or maybe they were just busy. She proceed so say they knocked and no one answered and they saw the note but couldn’t leave the food in front of the door . Had i known they wouldn’t go into my room with a note being on the door i would’ve waiting for my food before heading to the office. I assumed because the gentleman automatically came in my room the first time WITHOUT permission that they would be able to leave my food in the room while i was gone for 15 minutes. No one did anything when i filed a complaint. Overall the bar by the pool is great. Alfonso and Franklyn are the best bartenders there !

Specialty restaurants either did not have air conditioning or it was broken, had to leave in the middle of dinner because the restaurant it was too hot. Additionally, no food was available between 11:30 AM and noon.
