The room was comfortable and had lovely views. The aircon didn't work well and the shower gel had run out, but they sorted out the latter and had a go at the former. No coffee, though there was a kettle and cups in the room. The restaurant was lovely and the paella to die for. The worst for us was how far the hotel was from everything (Palma and the beach) and the fact there weren't any nice restaurants nearby.

Terrible experience staying quite hyped, not worth the cost. They are more focussed on promoting outside ambience and facilities such as swimming pool sun bed etc. But rooms are in very poor condition and no amenities provided such as electric kettle Curtain trail, shower head was broken that resulted in flood outside. There was no light in shower you have to depend on outside foyer light. Hotel is scattered in different section, avoid the building on the right. The room was given in a building which was under renovation that make the entrance and lift dirty.

The bar and restaurant were excellent. Shady, pool view with the sea behind. The Paella Mixta was muy bien!

Very nice rooms. Super cute view over the ports. Loved the pool area and bar. Staff was pretty nice but not the most accommodating.

Staff walking into our room without waiting for a reply. Broken light behind our bed that was flashing during the night. Sea view room but only sea view if you hang off of the balcony.

Hotel is ok but needs renovation (painting, renovating bathroom etc). It was clean. We had a sea view, but don’t expect to the open sea, it’s on the marina

We had an exceptional stay with affordable price comparing to other hotels. Everything was so smooth and amazing. Room was clean, bathroom had all the amenities with amazing showers. No noise at all. Had the best view of palma from my room even when i didnt book a room with view. The view from the rooftop was a 10/10. Will definitely visit again

Old style no frills hotel. My room was comfortable and clean . Pool and restaurant is best part of hotel. Staff are all friendly and great. Overall good stay.
