The staff was great and the room was clean. I gave it 3 stars because the breakfast did not look good :(

The hotel is in a great, lively area, and I recommend booking a room with a city view. The room itself was small and in need of renovation, and the hallway looked very old. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast—none of the coffee machines worked, and the options were very basic. That said, we still had a great time overall thanks to the excellent location.

Not so many choices for breakfast

Clean, standard room. Nice touch having free toiletries and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Beds were comfortable and quiet considering the location- this was brilliant. A few metres from Gran via and next to a massive primark. Some staff were friendly and approachable and some not so much but I do recommend staying here if you’re a family looking for a central location.

The rooms were compact but clean and pleasant. Staff was present and helpful and the location was excellent. Near enough to everything but a quiet nights sleep which isn’t common in the area. AC worked great in the summer heat. We had a room with bunk beds and they were a perfect option for a family of four with two teens trying to save by not getting a second room.

Excellent location; just few steps from Gran Via metro station. The hotel is beautiful, super clean and the staff are friendly.

A bit noise and some mold in the bathroom, other than that perfect place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything, I do not recommend it for those with cars, walking every where is the best feature. I will go again no doubt.
