Perfectly located between the train station and the tourist centre of Piazza Maggiore. Set-back in a green strip from the main thoroughfare of Via dell'Indipendenza, it feels less hectic than its surroundings, which is refreshing, especially in high season. Room was a bit tight, but bathroom looked refreshed and clean. Breakfast was standard 3-star hotel fare, but plentiful. Zanhotel Regina offers very good value for its location and room comfort. I would stay in this hotel or within the same area again.

Very nice Hotel. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early after a 22 hour travel day. Staff gave us several options for dinner. A significant amount of restaurants available to pick from. Close to the old city center. Plenty to see and do.

Very clean, friendly people, but the most inconvenient room: no table, no chairs, no drawers to keep clothes, in a tiny shower there is no shelf for shampoo, no hook, no hand shower head. Advise: find another hotel.

Small, but comfortable room. Friendly staff and close to all of the sights. Lots of shopping and excellent places to eat nearby.

This was a nice place. Was traveling with a party of 3. Had a JR suite. The bedroom had a door which was nice. AC was good. The bathroom was also decent. The pullout bed was good for a pull bed. The breakfast had plenty of options. Pretty standard for European continental breakfast. High quality food and good drink options. I liked the location. Right next to the outdoor market.

This is a very budget friendly, modern hotel with all the amenities including breakfast every morning. The staff is friendly and helpful and the proper and rooms are exceptionally clean. We spent 3 nights here and were thoroughly satisfied!

Had single room which was perfect for what I needed. Everything in walkable distance which was great.. sits between train station and square. Staff friendly and room always cleaned.

Location is good between the station and the city center. Breakfast is nice selection. I didn't like small blue light in the bathroom. Not possible to light off. Currently the road in the front of hotel is under construction and not see buildings and restricted to cross to the opposite side.

Hotel facilities, breakfast, location and ambiance was brilliant. This hotel was a short walk from all the main attractions and main square. The reception, concierge and room staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and very clean and comfortable. The windows are openable too which I like. There’s water in the mini fridge. The shower and bathroom were wonderfully stocked with little niceties like shower caps (rainforest shower demands this!) very happy customer who will definitely be back.

This was a great stop over for us, got there late night parking next to it easy. Many great walking options for a late dinner and in the heart of the city
