*Location of hotel was inconvenient. *Guests have to pay for parking. *To get to the elevator one has to walk through the dining area.

Luis at the front desk was so helpful, this hotel was perfect for our stay near the airport. Very large room as well for our family of three.

Airport hotel so the location is a 20-30 taxi ride from the walkable streets of Madrid but convenient for the airport.

The property is great, but the neighborhood looks underdeveloped. There is a construction next door and abandoned buildings across the street. The room was clean and very nice. The staff are very nice too.

Though in kind of a weird area, it is super close to the airport and the free shuttle was great. Have an affordable Continental breakfast. No restaurants to walk to but the mall is a quick cab ride away where lots of food options. Would stay again!

This was a very comfortable hotel with excellent staff and safe, comfortable transportation to the airport. Nothing else in the area, but if you just need a place to stay before going to the airport, it's perfect.

Friendly staff

On my first day at the hotel, I experienced a robbery in my room due to an inoperative safe box. The lack of accountability from those in leadership only intensified my frustration, a reaction that was, unfortunately, expected. I spoke with the receptionist and administrative staff, and they all indicated that they had not seen anything. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you choose to stay at AC Hotel Coslada Aeropuerto (Madrid), please be aware that some individuals may not be trustworthy. There are those who might take advantage of the situation, potentially entering your room and inspecting your belongings, hoping you won't notice. As an experienced traveler, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
