Friendly staff, clean, right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants , shopping and at the beginning of the Malecón.

The gym is the worst Ive been in. No signage to even find it. Water cooler bottle never changed in a week. No towels one day and floors not swept. Limited weights to have any kind of work out. Only buffet breakfast available can’t order of the menu. If you like quiet during the day as it was like a ghost town. No one to be found pool side during the day but very noisy at night from vehicles loud music every night until 4 in the morning. Staff were friendly and the rooms were kept clean. I probably wouldn’t go back to this resort again. Not terrible but not great.

Staff were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had great variety of food.
