No hot water, took very cold showers. Old grout stuck to the tile in the bathroom and sink areas. Ceiling was obviously leaking by all of the brown streaks. At least the beds were comfortable and the rug was clean.

Grungy, dirty, filthy. Looks like they may be remodeling some but our room was in desperate need of attention. Old curtains that barely were hanging. No door number. Paint peeling from inside and outside door. Light came through around door. Bathroom grout was ick. Bed was okay. Pool looked clean. Best thing was onsite bar with beautiful pool tables. This area was immaculate.

Our room smelled. The bathroom was old and dingy.

Everyone that works here is very nice, including the owner. I feel safe and comfortable.

The property needs some work but it was quiet and close to a few restaurants we could walk to.

careless staff didn't prepare my room and then didn't correct problems after I told them.

Property under construction. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. It will be a beautiful property when construction is done.

Booked a king, got 2 doubles. Whole place smelled like cigarettes outside. Then a few days later noticed a random extra charge for $83 from the place. Was in the room for less than 12 hours. No contact made to explain, have to dispute it through the CC company. Unacceptable.

Staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The property could use some sprucing up. For example finish on sidewalks look messy. Curtains were hard to close completely to assure privacy.

The hotel was under renovation construction and that should have been mentioned when we booked. The room was in need of an upgrad

The people were weird outside and the ice bucket didn’t come with a plastic bag in it. Everything else was good. Clean room, friendly man at the desk.

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Room was appropriately priced. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Older property close to I95 & Santee lake. Likes: Easy in/out. pool area, shower, bed. Dislikes: strange smell in room. Noisy neighbors on Fri night. Run down feel. Poor AC.

Room #1 - was a little disappointing as it was not totally smoke free. Cigarette smoke could be smelled as soon as you entered. Once the bathroom exhaust fan & A/C fan came on the smoke was stronger. There were also items that were broken or hanging off the wall. Then came a group of people associating near the room, smoking. I then requested to be moved. Room # 2 was excellent no odors, very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased. Staff was professional and helpful.
