Clean room, pool, hot tub very clean and easily accessible. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great and staff were very efficient

As a Hilton honors member, staff bent over backwards to prevent me from accessing the free breakfast that was on offer for members the night I stayed. I booked through Expedia instead of through the hotel not realizing, and so, I asked to be included in the deal despite my mistake. But it was this HUGE obstacle for a breakfast, god forbid an extra breakfast be served, give me a break, Hilton, please do better.

Everything was good.

Terrible air conditioning unit. The fridge and AC were so loud. The building is really old and require renovation. Rooms are dark.

Very nice hotel. In the perfect spot between Toronto and Niagara Falls.

Overall great property, located generally close to a variety of restaurants and stores. Property is dated, upgrades are needed, special attention required in bathrooms to keep competitive to other nearby properties. Staff is very friendly.

The only thing I been there couple times every time they give me same ! Room while ask the staff always same answer were sold out and I am Hilton member I wouldn’t be making any reservations anymore.

Televisions and remotes in the rooms have been updated, but the remotes do not work well at all. Response time for the remote to TV was lengthy and it was confusing to try to find a channel to watch with the remote. If I knew what the channel number was, there was no way to input that number. Positive note- l ended up reading instead of watching TV.

Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking. Lobby/restaurant area very nice and open. Front desk staff friendly. Bathroom alittle dated and the room itself had signs of wear here and there, but the bed was super comfortable. Our floor was very quiet, which was good. Amenities such as pool and restaurant looked great but we didn’t take advantage this time. Would stay here again.

Great stay from the minute we arrived to our departure. Entire staff from desk to restaurant staff 5 star. Will be back
