I have bad knees and request ground floor. When I checked in no ground floor even though they accepted the booking. I used my reward points, but the clerk was insistent that I pay the full price with my credit card also. I had never done that before. I reluctantly paid and went upstairs to the room. The card key did not work, and I had to go back downstair to the desk. The card had not been scanned to activate it. The room was basic and not worth the hassle.

Service was friendly, rooms are dated but comfortable bed and lounge chair. The room did come with microwave, coffee maker, fridge and tv if you are in need of any of those amenities. Would return again!

Wifi was down all except about 30 minutes of my stay.

This is a basic hotel but good value for the money. staff are helpful and very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with adequate pillows - great sleep. Small bar fridge with freezer is helpful if you travel with a cooler, Very easy access to and from the highway.

The bed seemed clean and was comfortable, however, the hall carpets are old and dirty and rooms could use updating and some attention. I didn’t feel comfortable there.
