We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise.

It was a typical IBIS. Simple clean. No frils. Location better than expected and a good pool. Air conditioning was not orki g. But balcony doir opened to give ventilation.

Unfortunately the carpet in the bedroom was covered in black stains, reception chap took note, otherwise good especially the parking. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Old "modern" building with a facelift inside to give it a fresh feel. Underneath the light, fun decor, it is simple, fairly basic but comfortable. Good bathroom, comfortable bed, nice lobby and cafe/bar/dining. Quiet location in an industrial area. There are a couple of restaurants nearby bit better to drive 5 mins to the centre of town. One complaint: a/c is weak - not much air comes out.

We stayed here as a convenient overnight near Lourdes. We've stayed in a number of Ibis hotels and put this one high for room size, service and breakfast. Recommended.

Used as a base to visit Lourdes. Hotel was of the usual Ibis standard and good enough for our needs.

The hotel is in a light industry area but there are some great restaurants nearby which you will need as this hotel only serves breakfast any other meals supplied are basically prepackaged. Great stepping of point to the mountains where we spent everyday, friendly and helpful staff would stay again

Alles bestens ausser dem Zimmertüre Schliess System: Türe ist sehr schwer (Gewicht) und knallt daher zurück ins Schloss ( erzeugt zusätzlichen Lärm) Im Ibis Loriol in Le Pouzin (sehr gut gelegen und feines Restaurant) ist dies NICHT der Fall. Super Schliessanlage!!!! Mercie Direction

Les chambres sont plus que propre, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, la climatisation bien, le pdj bien. Je reviendrai.
