Very disappointed with stay. We were there for 5 days and no room cleaning service during our stay. We had to go up to the front desk and ask for clean towels. Some of the staff was really nice and others were very rude. For the price we paid, we excepted better service. Breakfast is not included with your stay.

Honestly, this hotel was very rusty and smelled like cigarettes. Will I stay again probably if is the last choice. Location is great-however don’t stay in Dunes. Maybe if they updated it would be a 5 star. Family friendly-yes, activities-great! Parking is okay but if you arrive late you have to park way off the property-expect to walk!!

Was an okay place to stay... we dont stay in the room much so we just needed a place to lay our heads that was clean. The place was older and my family of 5 stayed in one big room and it didnt have privacy but it was reasonable priced...could use new refrigerators that actually got colderbut it was decent.. best part was the view and when u walked out to the beach, it was the least crowded of all the areas! But the VIEW WAS TOP NOTCH

I liked the convience of the motel right on the beach. We walked out of our room and right down to the beach. It was pretty quiet for the most part as well. We loved our stay

We got there and checked in and the room they gave us was pool side instead of gulf view then they finally changed our room then one of the beds were broke and I called the office and said she was send maintenance up to look at it and no one never showed up

Where to begin? Terrible! Sand on the floor, cheap flat pillows, dirty walls. We had 2 wall outlets that were loose and pushed into the wall making them unsafe to use. You will not get clean towels unless you stop housekeeping and get them. We requested towels 3 times on our last day and never got any. The parking is overcrowded. The breezeway lighting does not work on the gulf side, pitch black. Refrigerator did not work properly, did not keep food cold. Called about it and no response. This is the worst place i have stayed in 45 years of visiting PCB. WILL NOT RETURN

Property was okay and convenient to the beach. Wouldve liked to had beach chairs available. Rooms were decent but cable t.v. would've been preferred.

Roaches in the room. Sink backed up bar and grill closed. Had to pay for coffee no coffee maker in room. Had to switch rooms because of roaches. Staff not friendly

Maybe a little updating per bath and beds but the employees were precious , friendly, thoughtful beyond ! We really enjoyed our vacation and I can’t wait to go back !!!

Nothing we paid for3 night and they it was fir 2 night

There was black mold in the bathroom so I had to check out the same day I checked in and the toilet clogged up when I used it 1 time

We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the cleanliness and maintenance standards were severely lacking. Our room was dirty, with visible grime and a moldy shower curtain that made using the bathroom feel unsanitary. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when we raised our concerns. Rather than addressing the issues, they acted as though we were an inconvenience for bringing them up. One of the most concerning parts of our stay was the condition of the pool. While it was technically “open,” there were exposed wires and a broken light hanging into the water — a serious safety hazard that should have shut the pool down immediately. The hotel also falsely advertised amenities. A splash pad and pool area were highlighted as being part of the property, but once we arrived, we were told these were only accessible to condo guests — not hotel guests. This felt incredibly misleading and contributed to the overall sense that this hotel does not prioritize guest experience or safety. Save yourself the stress, and stay somewhere else.
