It's a nice place but the room was rather disappointing. By all means I understand the cleaners are busy and don't catch everything, but this room was disgusting. Dead bugs and hairs on the bed, a pair of boxers under the bed, and a half eaten sandwich along with garbage, and chip crumbs on the floor. When brought to the staffs attention they did send a cleaner to come clean up the mess and gave us a new sheet for us to put on, but the front counter staff didn't care, didn't apologize, didn't offer a discount or credit towards another stay. I felt they couldn't be bothered to deal with us. So rather disappointing. Other than that it's nice they have bbq's for he guests to use, and the rooms are nice and big. Just if it wasn't so nasty this review would have been allot better. Or if they even acted like they cared and simply apologized.

Great place and very friendly staff!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. The property was well mainintain, room very spacious. The kids absolutely loved the arcade games and indoor pool/hot tub. We'll be back!

Firstly the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The suite we stayed in was huge and more than large enough for our family of 5. Great rooms, well stocked and everything for a nice break for the family.

If regarding entertainment perspective , TV would have been smart tv with youtube and Netflix connectivity it would have been more useful. Biggest disappointment this time was that cable tv connection which merely anyone watch now a days.

Love the small kitchenette in each of the rooms. Was fully stocked with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, real dishes, etc. I can see this place would be great if you're skiing for the week at Horseshoe Valley. We came in the summer and then went to Vetta Spa, which you could walk to. It's a bunch of townhouses so sometimes you can hear your neighbours - especially when they leave (shared main door). This would be useful if you had multiple families staying together.

The staff was helpful. Problem with toilet I had to fix myself. Not a big deal. Great shower. Quiet place.

The most comfortable beds, clean space, warm shower and nice outside balcony. Location is close to Horseshoe Resort. The pool, outdoor BBQ, and fire pits were all enjoyable. Would definitely go back.

Rooms are a bit dated but beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen are well stocked with pretty much anything you need. Pool area is also clean. There are outside BBQs that are well used. Short drive to Foodland for groceries. Excellent value for price.

We loved the spaciousness of our room, which came with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and jacuzzi. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. Note that the resort doesn't offer breakfast—just coffee in the lobby—but breakfast at Loobies was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the amenities made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation. We look forward to coming back 😀

This is an excellent place for couples, families or groups of friends to relax in a quiet, nice environment, to go for a walk or hiking and cycling. The complex looks beautiful and the rooms/apartments have balconies, are very clean and well arranged with everything you need inside. My husband and I spent a night there just as a stop in our route to Severn region, but most probably, we will return for a couple of days because it is not too far from Toronto.

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was very spacious and comfortable, making it a great option for families or longer stays. The balcony was a lovely feature and provided a relaxing place to unwind, and the property grounds were beautifully maintained. The hotel is older and has a dated feel, but the roomy accommodations and overall charm made up for it. The room was generally clean, although a deeper cleaning in some areas, such as behind furniture and along the window sills, would improve the experience. We did have a few maintenance concerns, including a plugged toilet and a bathroom odour, but these did not take away from our overall enjoyment. The property is well cared for on the outside, and with some updates and additional attention to detail, this would be an excellent place to stay. Overall, we had a comfortable and relaxing visit and appreciated the spacious suite and peaceful setting.
