Everything was great!! Room was spotless and comfortable, very cozy. Staff was attentive and thoughtful, the breakfast amazing! I will definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a very nice hotel with magnificent views. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. Breakfast is very good and has everything you could want. The staff are warm and friendly. We felt very welcome. When there was a problem with our room, the hotel went above and beyond to make things right.

The rook was great with very nice view( room 31) we the Jacuzzi

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y acogedoras. La cocina no está bien equipada, por lo que si van a cocinar deben tomarlo en cuenta. El lugar es precioso, muy conveniente para hacer el circuito chico. El restaurante de al lado es espectacular.

Clean spacious suite, nice kitchen and dining area, fabulous lake views, helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

We loved this Hotel! It was perfect. From the dinner options, friendly staff, free breakfast, pool, sauna, steam room, parking and beautiful views. We would without a doubt stay here again. The room cleaners always left our room looking perfect.

Everything was excellent.The best placed I have stayed ever.The views are worth a million dollar .Breakfast wonderful too.

Lovely hotel and spa. The room was beautiful with a hard wood finish and fire place, with amazing lake views. The family loved the spa and pool area (although the hours were a bit limited from 11 am to 9 pm making it difficult to enjoy if you had day out plans). Overall I’d say it was the perfect hotel visiting Bariloche.

Free breakfast was good. For eggs have only scramble. There are coffee, cold cuts, pastries tee. Good to start your day.

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone because is out of town but has everything you need! The staff is great!
