Convenient location for LAX and freeways

Very convinient location out of LAX, close to the ocean and LA freeways

Very cozy

Great little boutique hotel, surrounding area, not the best. We stayed one night for a quick access to LAX and it was absolutely perfect for that.

They were accommodating in allowing us to switch to better rooms for 2of the three nights.

Beautiful views, short walk to beach, friendly staff, excellent dining options. Highly recommended

We love staying at Inn Playa Del Rey when visiting our daughter at college nearby- easy to get @ LA, parking is a breeze, staff are always friendly. We enjoy the afternoon happy hour and breakfast in the am- a cozy and homelike inn. Beautiful looking out over Balboa Reserve. Be sure to ask for a room facing out the reserve and not the busy road if you want to sleep well.

Great location. Very nice interiors; however, the room phones were not working and when upgraded to another room the fire place was not working, which was part of the upgrade. Otherwise, nice breakfasts, wine & cheese in the evenings, very nice staff, and clean facility. I'd considering visiting again.

Excellent stay!

First time visiting and so happy we found this place! The inn was beautifully decorated, the staff pleasant and extremely helpful, the breakfast presentation and food selections were perfect and delicious, and the wine and cheese hour pushed our stay past the normal 5 starts to 10! We had the most delightful stay and I would definitely come back if we come back to this area again!

Great location, value for money, incredible staff and the complimentary wine & chees was a real bonus. Free parking!! The inn is a bit of an undiscovered gem.

Clean and comfortable, great staff, felt safe. Thanks for providing free parking this was why I booked versus some other places. Would have preferred more than one bath towel per person in the room , or a good place to hang them to dry between showers. Walls are very thin. Windows did not open to get some air. Heater was finicky.

This was a lovely stop over situated alongside a scenic, protected wetland area and close to the beach. Breakfast was unreal good with chocolate croissants, made to order eggs. fresh fruit etc. Room was pleasant. Highly recommended.

The Inn is a jewel in LA’s crown. I can’t think of a more novel location for such a quiet and comfortable place. I stay here on every visit to the LA area.

If you want to stay somewhere close to LAX and away from the city, and in a quiet area with a variety of good restaurants in walking distance Inn at Playa del Rey is the perfect place to stay. The accommodation is superb, with wine & cheese between 5 - 6pm, to enjoy the beautiful view and sunset, breakfast was just as good. Staff very helpful

This place is amazing - charming, great hospitality, and free breakfast in the morning is always delicious. Room was really comfortable.

This is a treasure. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast and the afternoon wine and cheese are great touches. The rooms are sparkling clean and the place is just aesthetically a pleasure to be in.

It is very pretty, it has a new lovely look

Everything exceeded our expectations. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was helpful and attended to any need we had. The Deluxe breakfast was indeed delicious and deluxe.
